Dr Soumya Roy is a doctor and pediatrician. He is available for medical consultation to sick children from birth to 18 years of age.
Dr Soumya Roy passed MBBS from Calcutta Medical College. Subsequently he did DCH [Diploma in Child Health] from Institute of Child Health, Park Circus, Kolkata. He has also completed MRCPCH [UK] Part 1.
He is also interested in clinical research works and has more than thirty publications in various national and international medical journals. He was invited as guest speaker to the International Symposium on Kawasaki Disease, 2018 at Xi’an, China where he was honoured as: ‘’Invited speaker and guest professor of Children’s Hospital, Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital Xian Jiaotong University’’ from ‘’Shaanxi Society of Promotion of Children’s Health’’.
Between 2017 to 2018 he was attached to Kalna Superspeciality Hospital as Specialist Medical Officer [Pediatrician]. Between 2018 to 2020 he was attached to Barasat District Hospital, Paediatrics as the DNB trainee. At present, he is available for consultation at clinics in Sodepur
